I haven’t been very regular about posting.  I would apologize, but I have made it a habit of not caring about your feelings on here, so I think I am going to continue.  Have I mentioned that this is MY blog?  Anyway, I have been holding off on the 100th post because I didn’t want to waste it on something I would regret.  I sought that perfect, dare I say it… EPIC thing to post.  Well, boys and ghouls, I think it has happened.

Let me start by saying, if you have been on the net anywhere NEAR as long as I have then you have visited 4chan at least once.  You don’t have to lie, just admit your problem.  It’s better for everyone involved if you do.  So, the coolest damn thing I think I have seen in a long damn time has happened.  Two unrelated (relatively so, shut up, everything on the net is related) sites have managed to pull of something truly beyond compare.  It’s so small but so important at the same time.

First, XKCD today (I haven’t slept yet, shut up back there) made a comment about 4chan, /b/ and anonymous in one fell swoop pointing out the common phrase “we are the internet hate machine.”  In said comic, Stephanie Meyer retaliates by making /b/ the place that all of the vampires hang out as revenge for a /b/ twilight board raid.  Wanna see the comic?  Just go here:

Now, in response (?) moot, AKA Time’s most influential person of the year, renamed /b/ to the Twilight Appreciation Station.  Since you all will probably discount this as bullshit, please see the graphic below.  It is a clipping from a screencap.  I wouldn’t make this up:

That’s right, BoingBoing, I beat you to the punch.  You guys like apples?  How’s about them apples? Oh yeah!  Oh yeah! Man I have wanted to get something before them just once.  Ok, enough gloating.  They have touched upon cool things I couldn’t ever have found without them… for at least a couple of days anyway.

The short version of all this?  There is more awesome in this post than you can shake a fish dick at.
